Young Pianists

Rose.jpgThis new course is aimed at the younger pianist, of grade 5 or below.   Daily workshops with other young pianists of a similar ability covering issues such as scales, sight reading, technical studies and aural will be scheduled.

This is in addition to the three hours of individual lessons that are included as standard in the course.

Shorter courses are available for less experienced but enthusiastic pianists. Please contact the administrator for further details. Due to the nature of the course, it is possible to personalise a schedule to suit individual requirements. If you are just starting out as a young pianist and want to experience the course you can come for as little as a few hours to have just a workshop or one lesson. Many parents have found this exactly what is needed to inspire and motiviate.

We welcome pianists from the age of 8 on the course. Most children under the age of 11 will require an adult with them for supervision during the course and need to apply to be an observer.
